On October 23, 2013, Deka Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 18, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.87% (this corresponds to 2494100 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.18% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 156000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
