On January 26, 2007, JP Morgan Chase & Co. New York, USA has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on January 23,2007 and
now amount to 2.90% (this corresponds to 815870 voting rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG 2.90% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 815870
voting rights) is to be attributed to JP Morgan Chase & Co.
