On March 01, 2007, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH,
Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has informed us according to article 21 section
1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt,
Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the 3% limit of the
voting rights on February 27, 2007 and now amount to 3.12% (this
corresponds to 878075 voting rights).
According to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG 1.39% of the voting
rights (this corresponds to 389870 voting rights) is to be attributed to
the Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH.
