दुरस्थ ई–मतदान मोड्यूल त्यानंतर मतदानासाठी NSDL द्वारे अक्षम केले जाईल. जे सदस्य दि. ४ डिसेंबर २०२४ च्या कट ऑफ तारखेला भौतिक किंवा अभौतिक स्वरुपात शेअर्स धारण करित असतील ते दरस्थ ई– मतदानाद्वारे मतदान करु शकतात. सभासदांचे मतदान हक्क कट ऑफ तारखेनुसार कंपनीच्या पेडअप भांडवलाच्या त्यांच्या हिश्याच्या प्रमाणात असतील. ज्या व्यक्तीचे नाव सभासदांच्या नोंदवही मध्ये किंवा डिपॉझिटरीजद्भारे राखून ठेवलेल्या लाभार्थी मालकांच्या रजिस्टरमध्ये नोंदवले गेले असेल ती व्यक्ती दरस्थ ई– मतदान तसेच सर्वसाधारण सभेमध्ये मतदान करण्याच्या सुविधेचा लाभ घेण्यास पात्र असेल. एखाद्या ठेरावावर सदस्याने मतदान केल्यानंतर त्यात बदल करण्याची परवानगी त्याला दिली जाणार नाही. ई–व्होटिंग प्रक्रियेची व VC/OAVM सुविधेद्वारे ई जी एम मध्ये उपस्थित राहण्याची प्रक्रिया ई जी एम च्या सूचनेमध्ये दिली आहे.

ई जी एम ची सूचना कंपनीच्या वेबसाईटवर - www.softtech-engr.com/www.softtechglobal.com/investors, तसेच स्टॉक एक्सचेंज च्या वेबसाईटवर – BSE Limited ( www.bseindia.com ) व नॅशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमीटेड (www.nseindia.com) व NSDL च्या वेबसाईटवर http://www.evoting.nsdl.com वर उपलब्ध आहे.

कोणीही व्यक्ती कंपनीचे शेअर्स विकत घेऊन नोटिस पाठविल्यानंतर व कट ऑफ तारखेला शेअर धारण करून कंपनीची सदस्य बनते ती [email protected] वर विनंती पाठवून लॉगिन आयडी व पासवर्ड मिळवू शकते.
