1. To consider and approve Audited financial results and Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half year and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2021.

2. To consider such other business, if any with the permission of chair and majority of Directors present in meeting.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window has been closed with effect from 1[st] April, 2021 for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives(s) and shall continue to remain closed till 27[th] June, 2021. (Both days inclusive).
