Later on in the Iight of the same Mr. Amit Katariya. existing CFO tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer and it was accepted by the management rvith effect frorn I't April, 2019. However. Mr. Amit Katariya will continue to work as Finance Controller of the Cornpanl.

Cessation of CFO: Name: Mr. Amit Katariya Designation: Chief Financial Office(CFO)

Reason for cessation: Considering overseas expansion, an experienced persou rvill be replacing CFO position. Hor'vever, Mr. Amit Katariya will continue to rvork as Finance Controller
