Subject: Intimation of closure of trading window pursuant to code of conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28thAugust, 2018 at the registered office of the Company, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2018, as per regulation 33 of SEBI(Listing Obligation and disclosure requirements) Regulation, 2015.
We further inform you that the trading window dealing in securities of the Company shall remain close for insiders of the Company from 21st August, 2018 to 31st August, 2018 (Both inclusive) as per code of conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Accordingly, the Company has informed all the "connected persons" of the Company not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
