Sub: Intimation of book closure for the purpose of 22^nd Annual General Meeting

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration Rules), 2014 and in terms of the Regulation 42 of the SEBI Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 21^st September, 2018 till Friday 28^th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on 28^th September, 2018 and payment of dividend, if declared.

Further the Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL) for providing remote e-voting facility to its Members in respect of businesses to be transacted in 22^nd Annual General Meeting and the Company has fixed 21^st September, 2018 as the relevant date for determining the members entitled to vote at the ensuing 22^nd Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend, if declared.
