1. To consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of rights issue, preferential allotment, qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of equity shares, convertibles and / or any other eligible securities, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules notified thereunder, each as amended, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and such other acts, rules and regulations, as may be applicable, subject to any regulatory/ statutory approvals, as may be required and the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing / trading in securities of the Company is already been closed for all Designated and Connected Persons including their immediate relatives from October 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results i.e. Saturday, November 16, 2024 (both days inclusive).
