Subject: Postponement of Board Meeting to Friday, 12[th] August, 2022

With reference to the Board meeting intimation dated 4[th] August, 2022 & 5[th] August, 2022 and pursuant to regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10[th] August, 2022 is postponed and re-scheduled to Friday, 12[th] August, 2022 to consider and transact the following agenda,

1. To consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2022 along with limited review report.

2. To consider the proposal for raising of funds by way of rights issue, preferential allotment, qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of equity shares, convertibles and / or any other eligible securities, subject to all such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company.

3. To consider such other business, if any

Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company is already been closed and shall remained closed till 14[th] August, 2022.
