Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 "Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform that Ms. Shalaka Khandelwal, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the services of the Company. Her resignation will be effective from the close of business hours of March 18, 2026, when she would cease to be the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. She shall also cease to be Key Managerial Personnel authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and as a Compliance Officer under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (with effect from the close of business hours of March 18, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
