1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

2. To consider such other business, if any with the permission of chair and majority of Directors present in meeting.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing / trading in securities of the Company is already been closed for all Designated and Connected Persons including their immediate relatives from October 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results i.e. Thursday, November 13, 2025 (both days inclusive).
