Dear Board Members,

I, Garth Brosnan (DIN 09836995), hereby tender my resignation from the Board of SoftTech Engineers Limited ("the Company") as an Nominee Director of the Board, with effect from close of business hours of Friday, 24[th] May 2024. I have had the pleasure of interacting and contributing to the Board for last year and a half. However, due to the fact that the Loan payable to RIB Group has been fully repaid and there is no longer any need to fulfil the role of a representative director.

I hereby confirm that there are no material reasons other than those provided above.
