Reason for change: Appointment

Term of appointment: RIB ITWO Software Private Limited shall have right to appoint, remove or replace Nominee Director till the last repayment date of the Facility amount

Ms. Wai Ki Chan is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and has about 15+ years of various experience in the field of accounting, payroll, tax, procurement and administration. In the 10+ years with RIB Software, Ms. Wai Ki Chan has overseen range of responsibilities including to provide key financial data, support and reporting to assist in key business decisions. Possessing strong financial control and reporting skills and rigorously ensuring that all statutory and corporate obligations are met.
