- the Company had intimated outcome of the meeting the Board of Directors held on 31st August, $\bullet$ 2018 which commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 8.45 pm, pursuant to the applicable regulation.

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Devesh Tudekar, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Serial Number 16 be read as:
To revise remuneration payable to Mr. Vijay Gupta, Managing Director of the Company from Rs. 40,00,000/- p.a. to 44,00,000/- p.a. w.e.f. 1st October, 2018 subject to approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
