SoftOx Solutions AS: New Share Capital

Reference is made to the stock exchange release from SoftOx Solutions AS (the "Company") on 25 March 2025 regarding the board resolution to increase the share capital by carrying out a private placement and a debt conversion converting outstanding claims to new shares in the Company.

The new share capital following the completion of the share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The new share capital of the Company is NOK 44 808 339,88 divided into 2 240 416 994 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0,02.
