Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by SoftOx Solutions AS (“SoftOx” or the “Company” with Merkur ticker: “SOFTOX-ME”) the 6th of April regarding redemption of options (the “Option calling”). The share capital increase pertaining call of options has now been registered in VPS.
