SoftOx Solutions AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement from SoftOx Solutions AS (the "Company" or "SoftOx", ticker SOFTX) on 16 December 2020 regarding the successfully completed private placement.

The share capital increase pertaining to tranche 1 in the private placement of NOK 10,000 divided on 500,000 shares has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).

Following the share capital increase, the new share capital in the Company is NOK 166,598 divided into 8,329,900 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.

The new shares will be listed and tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from issuance in the Central Securities Depository (VPS).
