In order to promote further liquidity in SoftOx Solution AS' shares, its board of directors have proposed a share split as further described below. The proposal was approved at the SoftOx Solutions AS' ordinary shareholders' meeting on 26 June 2018.

Announcement date: 27 June 2018

Split ratio: one old share will give fifty new shares

Last day inclusive right to have one share traded into fifty shares: 29 June 2018

Ex date: 2 July 2018

Record date: 3 July 2018

Date of approval: 26 June 2018
