"In connection with my resignation from the board of SoftOx Solutions AS, speculations have come up, regarding my motives." The undersigned, Kristian Almås, wishes to clarify that the resignation is completely unrelated to selling shares or the desire to sell shares. “I have always had great faith in the company's solutions and therefore invested a lot of time and money and continue to have the same faith in the solutions today. The undersigned and the Companies where I have a controlling influence have not, for the same reason, sold a single share this year, and to further emphasize my confidence in the company, I am confirming that both myself and these companies will not engage in any sales activities or carry out any sales, before the end of Q2.”
