As previously reported, Harefrøken Invest AS (Investment company owned by Helene Ihlen, partner of CEO Geir Almås) has committed to subscribe to shares for NOK 2 million in SoftOx Solutions AS in connection with the company’s private placement Wednesday 16.12.2020. The issued shares will be allocated in Tranche 2 and are approved by the company’s General Assembly January 4th, 2021.
