SoftOx Solutions AS - Information regarding the repair offering

With reference to the EGM on 4 January 2021, where the EGM resolved to carry out a repair offering towards eligible shareholders as of 16 December 2020 (as registered in the VPS on 18 December 2020) who did not participate in the private placement.

The subscription period for the repair offering is expected to commence on or around 17 February 2021, and otherwise on the terms and conditions resolved by the EGM.
