Softing Group: Sales and EBIT largely exceeding 2010 expectations

Dissemination of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted

The Softing Group had previously communicated 2010 sales expectation in the
range of 27 Mio. EUR and an EBIT of approx. 0,8 Mio. EUR.

Softing is now expecting 2010 sales in the range of 30 Mio. EUR and an EBIT
of up to 1,5 Mio. EUR due to a very good development of the business in the
second half of 2010 and due to very significant orders which have just been
confirmed.
