Today the Softing Supervisory Board has appointed Maximilian Prinz zu
Hohenlohe-Waldenburg member of the Executive Board. He will be responsible
for finance and personnel. Softing does so in reaction to the continued
strong growth of its business. This step provides Dr. Wolfgang Trier,
previously the only Executive Board member, with more time to focus on the
operational management of the company's business segments 'Industrial
Automation' and 'Automotive Electronics'.
