Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
The Company has been notified that on 10 July 2018, Martin Hellawell, Chairman, and persons closely associated with him (namely Mandy Hellawell and The Highgate Family Trust) sold in aggregate 3,262,000 ordinary shares* in the Company at a price of 715 pence per share.
Following this sale, Mr Hellawell and the above named persons closely associated with him hold in aggregate 9,768,155 ordinary shares, which are subject to a lock‐up expiring in 90 days from 10 July 2018 and which represent approximately 4.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
* Comprising the 1,790,000 ordinary shares sold by Martin Hellawell, together with 612,000 ordinary shares sold by Mandy Hellawell and 860,000 ordinary shares sold by The Highgate Family Trust, in which Martin and Mandy Hellawell hold interests as potential beneficiaries.
