With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), as amended, we wish to inform you that Ms. Vishakha Khetan Poladia (ACS- 57824), Company Secretary of the Company has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to applicable provisions of the Company Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations.

Further we would like to inform you that the Board at its meeting held on February 09, 2023 had noted her resignation and She shall cease from the above said position w.e.f. close of working hours of February 09, 2023. We thank her for valuable contributions to the Company during the tenure and wish her success in future endeavours.

Her successor shall be appointed in due course of time, as applicable under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange.
