F1: Represents shares of common stock pursuant to an award of RSUs granted to Messrs. Combes and Medeiros in connection with their services as directors of the Issuer. Messrs. Combes and Medeiros assigned all rights, title and interest in the RSUs reported herein to Delaware Project 10 L.L.C ("DE Project 10"). Accordingly, the RSUs were issued directly to DE Project 10. Messrs. Combes and Medeiros disclaim beneficial ownership of such shares as they have no pecuniary interest in the shares. These RSUs vest on the earlier of (i) June 14, 2022 and (ii) the time of the annual stockholder meeting that occurs during the 2022 fiscal year.

F2: The shares are directly held by DE Project 10. SoftBank Group Corp. ("SoftBank") may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by DE Project 10. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.

F3: Messrs. Combes and Medeiros serve as managers of DE Project 10 and in other roles at SoftBank entities. As a result, each of DE Project 10 and SoftBank is a director by deputization for Section 16 purposes.
