Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Shifting of the registered office of the Company from the State of Rajasthan to the State of Gujarat has been approved by an Order dated May 27, 2026 from the Regional Director (North Western Region) with reference to the INC-23 vide SRN AC2679170.
