AVAILABILITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting with 28 November 2025, at 19:00 (Romania time), the Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements, not reviewed and unaudited, as at and for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2025, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union ("IFRS-EU), and the Consolidated Directors' Report for the third quarter of 2025 will be available, in both Romanian and English, in electronic format on the company's website, under Investor > Results and Reports > Financial Results at:  https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-t3-2025/.

The above-mentioned documents will also be available in hard copy at the Company's registered office in Bucharest, Grigore Alexandrescu 9, district 1, which operates Monday to Thursday from, 8:00 to 17:00 (Romanian time) and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 (Romania time), except on public holidays.

Electrica's management will hold on 2 December 2025 at 16:00 (Romani time), a web conference for analysts and investors: Presentation of Electrica Group's Q3 2025 Financial Results.
