Information regarding the amending of the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service applicable for Distributie Energie Electrica Romania S.A. (DEER), subsidiary of Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. (Electrica)

Electrica informs the shareholders and investors about the fact that it has been published in the Official Gazette part I, no. 266 / 30.03.2023 the ANRE Order no. 27 / 29.03.2023, amending the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service for Distributie Energie Electrica Romania S.A.

The new tariffs, applicable starting with 1 April 2023 are presented in the table below, compared to those applicable from 1 April 2022:

The electricity distribution tariffs charged for invoicing are calculated by adding the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service depending on the voltage in the point for delimitation of electric installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those belonging to the end consumer, as established under the electricity distribution agreement.

The income achieved from distributing electricity by the distribution operator within Electrica Group in 2023 will rely on the electricity distribution tariffs.
