Workshop for the shareholders - Presentation of the proposed merger concept, subject of approval in principle by the EGMS convened on 23 August 2023

On 16 August 2023, at 11.30 A.M. (Romanian time) Electrica management organizes a workshop dedicated to shareholders, with online participation only. The purpose of the workshop is to present to the shareholders the proposed merger concept, subject of approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Electrica convened on 23 August 2023, respectively "Approval in principle of the merger by absorption between Societatea Energetica Electrica SA (ELSA), Societatea Electrica Productie Energie SA (EPE), Electrica Energie Verde 1 SRL (EEV) and Green Energy Consultancy & Investments S.R.L.  (GECI) (together "the Companies") and the participation of the Companies in the merger, with Societatea Energetica Electrica SA as absorbing company, the companies Electrica Productie Energie SA, Electrica Energie Verde 1 SRL and Green Energy Consultancy & Investments S.R.L.as absorbed companies ("Merger").

The shareholders interested in participating in the workshop are asked to send their questions regarding the subject and to confirm participation by 14 August 2023, 5.00 P.M. (Romanian time) to the email address: ir@electrica.ro.
