Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that the ANRE Order no. 115/20.12.2023 was published in the Official Gazette part I, no. 1163/21.12.2023, which modifies the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service for DEER, Electrica's distribution subsidiary.

The new tariffs applicable from 1 January 2024 are shown in the table below, compared to those applicable from 1 April 2023:

The electricity distribution tariffs used for billing shall be calculated by summing up the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service according to the voltage level at the point of delimitation of the electrical installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those of the final customer, established according to the electricity distribution contract.

The electricity distribution tariffs will be the basis for the revenues from the electricity distribution activity achieved by the distribution operator within the Electrica Group during 2024.
