2020 Preliminary Unaudited Separate and Consolidated Financial Results of Electrica

In 2020, Electrica SA recorded an individual net profit (preliminary unaudited) of RON 298.4 million, increasing by 15.8% as compared to the level of 2019.

Also, in 2020, Electrica Group recorded a consolidated net profit (preliminary unaudited) of

RON 388 million, by RON 181 million, respectively 87.5%, higher compared to the previous year, while revenues have reached a level of RON 6,501 million, up by 3,5% compared to 2019.

The preliminary unaudited separate financial statements of Electrica SA as at and for the year ended 31 December 2020 have been prepared in accordance with the Ministry of Public Finance Order no. 2844/2016 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.

The preliminary unaudited consolidated financial statements of Electrica Group as at and for the year ended 31 December 2020 have been prepared in accordance with International Reporting Standards ("IFRS") as adopted by the European Union ("IFRS-EU").
