Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that the ANRE Order no. 77/16 Dec 2025 was published in the Official Gazette part I, no. 1173/18 Dec 2025, which approves the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service for DEER, Electrica's distribution subsidiary.

The tariffs applicable from 1 January 2026 are shown in the table below:

The electricity distribution tariffs used for billing shall be calculated by summing up the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service according to the voltage level at the point of delimitation of the electrical installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those of the final customer, established according to the electricity distribution contract.

The electricity distribution tariffs will be the basis for the revenues from the electricity distribution activity achieved by the distribution operator within the Electrica Group during 2026.

The ANRE Order approving the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for 2026 for DEER, which also contains the values of the annual maintenance plans of the DEER corresponding to the fifth regulatory period, is available in electronic format on the Company's website at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/current-reports/.
