Electrica informs the investors and shareholders that, on 21 October 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company, in accordance with art. 137^2, para. (1) of the Law no. 31/1990 and art. 18, para. (9) of the Articles of Association, appointed Mr. Mihai Diaconu as interim member of the Board of Directors, starting on 21 October 2024 and until 30 April 2025 or until the date of the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS), on the vacant position.

On 23 October 2024, Mr. Mihai Diaconu accepted the director mandate.
