During the meeting held on 15 December 2021, the Board of Directors of Electrica SA decided to revoke Mrs. Bibiana Constantin from the position of Chief Human Resources Officer starting with 1 January 2022, the last day of the mandate agreement being 31 December 2021.

At the same time, the Board decided to initiate an external recruitment process of a new Chief Human Resources Officer.
