Issy-les-Moulineaux, November 22 nd , 2016 - Sodexo's Fiscal 2016 Registration Document was filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on November 21, 2016. It is available to the public in accordance with applicable regulations and is available online on the Sodexo's website (www.sodexo.com > Finance > Regulated information) and the AMF's website (www.amffrance.org).
This Registration Document includes the annual financial report, the report of the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors on corporate governance and on internal control and risk management procedures, the statutory auditors' reports and the information related to their fees, the description of the share repurchase plan.
