Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officer

On April 2, 2012, the Company appointed Tim Miller as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Miller has served as the Company’s Vice President of Worldwide Operations since March 2003, responsible for the Company’s worldwide manufacturing operations, and assumed the additional role of Vice President of Engineering on April 1, 2009, responsible for product design and development. Mr. Miller will be responsible for worldwide day to day operations and activities of sales and marketing, operations and engineering.

Details of Mr. Miller’s appointment were reported in a press announcement dated April 2, 2012 which is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
