The 2013 Registration Document is now available for consultation

Societe Generale would like to announce that the 2013 Registration Document was filed with the AMF (French Securities Regulator) on March 4, 2013.

The 2013 Registration Document includes:

• the annual financial report,

• the report of the Chairman on Corporate Governance and internal control and risk management procedures together with the Statutory Auditors' report on this subject,

• and the information concerning the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.

The 2013 Registration Document is available for public consultation free of charge in accordance with current regulation. It may be consulted in the "Regulated information" section of the Company's website (www.societegenerale.com > Regulated information > Registration Document and updates – annual financial report) and on the AMF's website.
