Société Générale's shareholders are informed that they are convened to attend the Joint General Meeting to be held on July 6th, 2009 at 9:30 am at CNIT Paris La Défense, Amphithéâtre Léonard de Vinci, 2 Place de la Défense, Paris-La Défense.
A preliminary notice of Joint General Meeting had been published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) on May 19th, 2009, and a notice to attend the Joint General Meeting on June 15th, 2009 .
The documents and information relating to the General Meeting are held at shareholders' disposal under legal conditions at the administrative office, 17 cours Valmy 92972 Paris- La Défense.
