Luxembourg, 27 August 2024. Socfinaf S.A. (ISIN: LU0056569402) hereby announces that the sale of its subsidiary Salala Rubber Corporation (SRC) in Liberia has now closed and is effective since Monday 26 August 2024. Socfinaf S.A. had taken the strategic decision to divest SRC following several years of sustained losses.
