The National Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ SA Mediaş informs all those concerned that NN Group N.V., the holding company of the entities holding at 29.08.2017 the following shares in the share capital of the company:

• Voluntary Retirement Fund NN ACTIV (administered by the voluntary retirement fund administrator NN Asigurari de Viata SA) -15,359 shares, reprezentând 0.13% of the share capital of the company;
• Voluntary Retirement Fund NN OPTIM (administered by the voluntary retirement fund administrator NN Asigurari de Viata SA) – 23,289 shares, representing 0.20% of the share capital of the company;
• Private Retirement Fund NN (administered by NN Pensii S.A.F.P.A.P. SA) 455,430 shares, representing 3.87% of the share capital of the company;
• NN Investment Partners Luxembourg SA 92,207 shares, representing 0.78% of the share capital of the company

following the transaction, holds a number of 586,285 shares, representing 4.98 % of the share capital of SNTGN Transgaz SA and the number of votes in the GMS.
