PRESS RELEASE

SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA would like to inform the shareholders and the investors on the meeting to be held on May 20^th, 2016 with the financial analysts, the investment consultants, the brokers and the investors on the capital market, as scheduled according to the Financial Communication Calendar for 2016 with BVB.

The agenda of the meeting includes the presentation of the unaudited interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2016, as prepared in accordance with the international financial reporting standards - IFRS.

The meeting will take place in two sessions, namely:

• $\blacksquare$ The Romanian language session $-$ by direct participation. The meeting will take place from 1100 a.m. to 12³⁰ a.m. at the SNTGN Transgaz SA office in Bucharest, 155 Calea Victoriei blvd., building D1, wing 8, floor 3, district 1.
• The English language session by conference call, between 500 p.m. 600 p.m. $\blacksquare$
