According to the legal valid provisions, National Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ S.A informs the interested parties on the following:

The Administrative Board of SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA took note in the session dated 16.05.2017 of the General Manager's declaration, based on which he stepped down, on personal grounds, as General Manager of the company. His mandate as General Manager would have rightfully ended on June 3rd , 2017. Nevertheless, Mr. Petru Ion Vaduva will continue his mandate as non-executive member of the Administrative Board, according to the Decision of the Ordinary General Assembly of the Shareholders no. 1/27.04.2017.

Until the conclusion of the selection procedure according the EOG no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, further amended and supplemented, the Administrative Board of SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA named as interim General Manager Mr. ION STERIAN.

Considering the above mentioned issues, the membership of the Nomination and Remuneration Consulting Committee was changed as well. Taking over as interim General Manager, Mr. Ion Sterian is no longer a member of this consulting committee and was therefore replaced by Mr. Petru Ion Vaduva.

The present current report is communicated to the interested parties according to the provisions of art.122 of the Act no.24/2017 regarding the issuers of financial instruments and market operations.
