Pursuant to the applicable laws, the National Gas Transmission Company Transgaz SA notifies stakeholders that the procedure for the selection of the company's Director General and Chief Financial Officer, in compliance with the provisions of GEO no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, as amended, was completed.

As previously reported and subject to the applicable laws, the Procedure for the selection of the company's Director General and Chief Financial Officer was conducted by Transgaz Board of Administration in coordination with the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee, without the assistance of any independent HR consultant.

As a result of the above mentioned procedure and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Advisory Committee, Transgaz Board of Administration appointed Mr. Ion Sterian as the company's Director General and Mr. Marius Vasile Lupean as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
