REPORTED EVENTS

According to the laws on reporting to the capital market institutions, SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA Mediaş notifies all those concerned that considering the absence of the company's main shareholder – the Romanian state, precisely the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment Relations, the quorum conditions provided in Art. 17, point 1.1 and 1.3 of Transgaz' Articles of Incorporation, updated on 17.02.2016, were not met, therefore the General Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders and the General Extraordinary Meeting of the Shareholders of SNTGN "Transgaz" SA Mediaş could not be conducted on 28.04.2016, 10:00 o'clock, respectively 11:00 o'clock, as convened and notified to the public on 22 March 2016 consequently they will be held tomorrow 29.04.2016 under the conditions provided in the Convening.
