Fornix BioSciences N.V. (Fornix) maakt hierbij bekend dat op donderdag 7 april 2011 de verkoop van Laprolan B.V. (Laprolan), zoals goedgekeurd door de Buitengewone Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van Fornix op 30 maart 2011, is afgerond door levering van alle geplaatste aandelen in Laprolan tegen betaling van de afgesproken vergoeding.
