With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that Mr. Kamlesh Sondigala (Membership No. A-44324) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (KMP) & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. closure of business hours on November 10, 2021 as he would like to explore new opportunities in different industry.
