NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
TO: British Columbia Securities Commission
Alberta Securities Commission
AND TO: Davidson & Company LLP (“ Davidson ”) MNP LLP
Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“ NI 51-102 ”), the Corporation hereby gives notice as follows:

On November 12, 2020, by mutual agreement, MNP LLP resigned as auditor of the Corporation.

Effective November 12, 2020, Davidson was appointed as the new auditor of the Corporation.

The resignation of MNP LLP and the appointment of Davidson have been recommended by the audit committee of the Corporation and approved by the board of directors of the Corporation (the “ Board ”), and the contents and filing of this notice have been approved by the Board.

There were no reservations or modified opinions contained in MNP LLP’s report on the Corporation’s financial statements for the financial years ended December 31, 2019 or December 31, 2018.

In the opinion of the Board, there have been no “reportable events” as such term is defined in NI 51-102, between the Corporation and MNP LLP.
