S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs its shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2025 Financial Communication Calendar as follows:

The first note to the 2025 Financial Calendar, respectively:

*Note: The financial results are consolidated. The annual financial results, published on April 30, 2025 and the H1 2025 Financial Results, published on August 14, 2025, will include both individual and consolidated results.

Shall modify as follows:
